Submission guidelines, review policy, and ethical requirements for S4SD 2026
Authors are invited to submit papers through the Microsoft CMT service on or before 15 October 2026.
For any conference-related inquiry, please contact us at: s4sdconference03@gmail.com.
All submitted manuscripts will be checked using licensed plagiarism detection software. Papers with a similarity index of less than 15% will be considered for review, with not more than 3% similarity from a single source. Manuscripts with higher similarity may be rejected at any stage of the review process.
Authors must submit only original and unpublished work that is not under consideration elsewhere. Authors are individually and collectively responsible for the content of their submitted and published manuscripts.
Any use of artificial intelligence tools for generating text, figures, images, code, or related content must be clearly disclosed in the acknowledgments section of the paper. The AI system used, the sections where it was used, and the level of assistance must be clearly stated. Failure to disclose AI-generated content may result in rejection.
S4SD 2026 follows a rigorous double-blind review process. Each paper will be reviewed by a minimum of three subject experts. The review process will be coordinated by national and international technical committee members.
Papers will be selected based on technical quality, relevance to the conference theme, originality, significance, clarity, methodology, and contribution to the research area.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
