Registration Notes

• All registrations include admission to technical sessions and e-proceedings.
• At least one author must register for inclusion of the paper in the conference proceedings.
• The paper will be considered only after full registration is received.
• No refunds are applicable after acceptance and registration.
• The publisher may reject papers that fail to meet quality standards.
• Offline participation is for Day 1 only; participants must arrange travel and accommodation on their own.
• Tea/coffee, high tea, and working lunch will be provided on Day 1.

Registration Policy

Refund & Cancellation: Conference fees are non-refundable. All rights are reserved by the Conference Secretariat.

Payment Policy: Payments must be made in INR or USD. Registration will not be confirmed without full payment. Only online payment modes are accepted.

Terms & Conditions: Registration must be completed before the applicable deadlines. Terms may be revised as per government rules, regulations, or administrative updates.

Privacy Policy: Photography and videography may take place during the event. By attending the conference, participants grant permission for use of such media for promotional and conference-related purposes.

Publication Policy: Publication with any specific publisher is subject to quality review and publisher approval. Indexing is not guaranteed and is independently determined by indexing agencies.
