Paper length and extra pages: The base fee covers papers of 8–12 pages. Pages 13–20 cost INR 500 per additional page for Indian author categories and USD 50 per additional page for authors outside India. The maximum accepted length for this registration form is 20 pages.

Registration Notes

All registrations include admission to technical sessions and e-proceedings.
At least one author must register for inclusion of the paper in the conference proceedings.
The paper will be considered only after full registration is received.
No refunds are applicable after acceptance and registration.
The publisher may reject papers that fail to meet quality standards.
Offline participation is for Day 1 only; participants must arrange travel and accommodation on their own.
Tea/coffee, high tea, and working lunch will be provided on Day 1.

Registration Policy

Refund & Cancellation: Conference fees are non-refundable. All rights are reserved by the Conference Secretariat.

Payment Policy: Payments must be made in INR or USD. Registration will not be confirmed without full payment. Only online payment modes are accepted.

Terms & Conditions: Registration must be completed before the applicable deadlines. Terms may be revised as per government rules, regulations, or administrative updates.

Privacy Policy: Photography and videography may take place during the event. By attending the conference, participants grant permission for use of such media for promotional and conference-related purposes.

Publication Policy: Publication with any specific publisher is subject to quality review and publisher approval. Indexing is not guaranteed and is independently determined by indexing agencies.

Important Information

Registration is mandatory for all accepted papers.
One full registration covers one accepted paper unless otherwise specified by the conference.
Co-authors and accompanying participants may need separate registration where applicable.
Please retain proof of payment and confirmation email for future reference.
